
LOS ANGELES, CA – FUEL TV’s viewership continues to roll as the quarter that concluded on Sept. 30 was the network’s most-watched ever. In addition, FUEL TV recorded its ninth consecutive month and 40th straight week of audience growth in September, buoyed by the popularity of Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®) programs. Throughout 2012, the network has been the fastest growing ad-supported cable network in percentage year-over-year growth among households, total viewers, and men 18-49 during total day and prime time, according to Nielsen Media Research.

For the third quarter of 2012, FUEL TV’s Total Viewers were up +130% and M18-49 up +150% versus the third quarter of 2011. The network’s highest-rated month (July) and three of its four highest-rated weeks of all time occurred during the third quarter.
FUEL TV posted its best September ever in terms of total day audience, and was up +171% in Total Viewers and +167% in M18-49 vs. September 2011. Prime time finished up +227% in Total Viewers and +160% in M18-49 vs. last year. The month finished on a high note on Sept. 29 with UFC® ON FUEL TV 5: STRUVE VS. MIOCIC. Led by the highly anticipated heavyweight bout, the event, which aired live from 4:00-7:00 PM ET with a 10:00 PM-1:00 AM ET encore, delivered the network 251,000 total viewers.
Additional Audience Highlights:
· The prime time encore of UFC® ON FUEL TV 5: STRUVE VS. MIOCIC peaked at 262,000 Total Viewers from 12:45 AM to 1:00 AM;
· On Sept. 29, FUEL TV had its most-watched late night in network history, up +1100% vs. the September 2011 Saturday average and +168% vs. the 2012 YTD Saturday daypart average;
· Since the Jan. 1, FUEL TV’s prime time viewership is up +185% vs. 2011;
· For the first nine months of 2012, FUEL TV’s total viewership is up +110% compare to 2011.
