Fuel TV, Inc. ("Fuel TV" or "we") operates the website http://www.Fuel.tv which is an entertainment website featuring the lifestyle and culture of adrenaline and thrill-seeking sports and the stories that surround them (the "Site"). The services Fuel TV offers include the Site, newsletters and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by Fuel TV in connection with the Site, including when FuelTV.com is accessed via the Internet, mobile or other device (collectively, the "Fuel TV Services"). Fuel TV is part of the United States based operations of News Corporation.
As set forth in our Terms of Use, Fuel TV is a general audience site, is not targeted to children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
The Policy describes the collection and use of users' personal information on the Fuel TV Services. It also describes generally Fuel TV's practices for handling non-personally identifiable information (e.g., interests, demographics and site usage) to the extent such information is associated with a particular user or user account. User Submitted Information
Registration Information is the information that users must provide to Fuel TV at registration for or upon subscription to a Fuel TV Service, for example, to create an account, enter contests, promotions or sweepstakes, receive a newsletter, play a game or take a survey, any may include, without limitation, name, email address, first and last name, city and zip code.
Public Post Login Information is the information that you will be required to provide if you elect to post or upload any videos or photos through The Daily Habit or on any of the public forums on the Site and includes your first and last name and email address.
Public Posts consist of your display name, username and any additional information you chose to make public through your posts and comments on the Fuel TV Services. Your public posts and comments include those made on general Fuel TV content, such as Fuel TV provided photos, and in general Site areas, such as forums and chats. Your Public Posts are always public, which means they are available to everyone and will be displayed in search results both on the Fuel TV Services and on external search engines.
Fuel TV Collected Information
Fuel TV Site Activity Information. When users access the Fuel TV Services, we may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about those visits. For example, in order to permit your connection to the Fuel TV Services, our servers receive and record information about your computer and browser, including potentially your IP address, browser type, and other software or hardware information. To provide and manage the Fuel TV Services. We use the information we collect from and about users to provide the Fuel TV Services and features to you, which may include to measure and improve those services and features, to personalize your experience by delivering relevant content, advertising and marketing messages, to allow you to participate in online games, contests or promotions or to provide you with customer support, and to respond to inquiries. We may use aggregated, anonymous data about use of and activity on the Fuel TV Services to assist us in this regard and such data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
To contact you. Fuel TV may periodically send promotional materials (e.g., newsletters) or notifications related to the Fuel TV Services to the email address you provided to us upon subscription or registration to the Fuel TV Services. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials from Fuel TV, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
