TRAINING: Training twice a day, covering all the elements needed to compete on May 25.

He’s a very tough guy. I’m looking forward to the matchup and I like it a lot.

When and why did you start training for fighting? 1998.....it just looked like fun

What ranks and titles have you held? WEC 170-pound champ, Viking fight 185-pound champ

Do you have any heroes? All the solders overseas right now

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? To me it means everything... it is the top of the line organization, so that means I have gotten to the top and I want to stay there.

What was your job before you started fighting? Machinist
