My AM session consists of cardio such as running, swimming, plyometrics, speed and agility, followed by weight and circuit training. To end my morning session I complete an hour of Yoga. My PM session consists of grappling, wrestling, sparring, and MMA training.When and why did you start training for fighting?
I started training right out of high school when I was 18 years old with Jeff and Team Curran. I loved to compete in wrestling
, so this was a way to continue down that similar road.What ranks and titles have you held

I always coached wrestling and worked full-time during my career. Most recently for the past couple years I have been running a horse farm.Specific accomplishments in amateur competition?
