TRAINING: I have been working a lot on my whole game, especially working on a lot of strength and conditioning and continuing my physical therapy, which has rehabilitated me from my injury.

When and why did you start training for fighting? Started Judo at age 4, Boxing at age 14, and Jiu Jitsu at age 18

Former interim UFC Heavyweight Champion. WEF Title in 1999, Rings 16 man tournament 2000, former PRIDE Heavyweight Champion. Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo (received both in 1999)
